"I Just Moved To Dubai And Put In"

I just moved to Dubai and put in a request for a FSR FSC Charger for my phone. I got a response from them about it being available on their website but not in my city. I then went to their website in my city and up dated my app to the latest version. However I couldnt get the FSC Charger to work. I even tried following the guide link provided and it would say that there is no such thing as a FSO charging cable. I then tried finding someone who has an same situation and said that he doesnt know how to help. Ive now been here for 2 days and still cannot get the FSC Charger to work. Just terrible customer service
