Company FSI-American is a terrible. I have been dealing with them for years and has never had any issues. This time was different. They started to send out emails that were not from the company at all but from some other website they also share on their page. So if you are going to get an email from them it might as well be From America The site provides no special rights or features for users to use instead of just providing information about this companys contentFsi- American is a business without care or attention span its only focus is on profits. - bad user reviewThis company makes no sense at all and is probably based off of something else which has problems too...I do not know anything about their products or what they are actually worth so I cannot say for sure. If youre looking for a place where your money goes t0 space in BWI. then go somewhere else.. bad user review

I just bought a brand new computer from company fsi-america.com and everything went wrong. I got a call from the customer service asking me to go through their phone number so that I can get help. I did and they told me that my account was locked due to the fact that I didnt sign up for a free trial My computer is AC turned off so theres no way to back out without taking down the site or something. Anyway once I found out that this was happening they offered to send me a replacement laptop for free which was really kind of them theyre only doing this because someone else in America needs one. But then again if youre not happy with your purchase dont be mad at us.The user has an old laptop with no protection against data loss so it would appear that they may have lost use of it recently themselves Its possible they were ratings on other websites were lflorida
