I just had to write a bad user review for company fsiinc.com because I found them to be such a terrible website. The only good thing about it is that they offer great software but all of their customers are people who have failed with everything else. In fact they always seem to be down in thewww. which is why Im writing this one in the form of a key-and-dot notation.Company FSI Inc is a wretched website and their customer service is worse than useless. Ive tried every day to get somebody to help me since I started using their software over two months ago and theres no response. Is anybody still working here

Company Fsiinc.com is a waste of your time and money. I have used their services for a year now and have not had the results I expected. The live tracking is poor and the phone line very slow. I have to text or email the company every night to get the track off my car. This has never been a good experience because it takes hours out of our day and then we cant see or control what happened on our car because the tracking data is all around them. We have stopped using them altogether but are stillagely grateful to company fsiinc.com for the better service they provide.
