I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have never had anything bad happen to me. However the last 2 times I contacted them about a situation that was going on with my master trust they did nothing but give me the runaround. They told me that it was their policy not to do anything because it was a family matter. And then they said they couldnt help me because I didnt have the right paperwork in hand. rip off

I have had trouble with this company for years. I always get bad reviews because people think Im crazy for choosing them. Theyre never going to do what they say and just try to push their own things on you. In fact they always make themselves available than just talk down to you. Theyll even work around your schedule while also trying to get more money from the customer. Do not recommend this company to anyone.

I just submitted a bad review of fsitrust.com because I felt they were wrongfully accuse me of a crime. Well it turns out that I was correct in my assessment of the company and their services. Unfortunately I found that they are only good for PreNeed Master Trust Administration and not Funeral Services Inc. I hope that you can find another company that is more appropriate for your needs.
