"I Just Wanted To Let"

I just wanted to let you know that I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years now and had never seen such terrible service. I have made phone calls sent emails and even used their customer service number multiple times but they still cannot seem to get someone to help me out. They keep saying they are busy with other customers but its like they dont even have people on staff. Anyway I just bought a new computer and started using them last night and the exception was trying to call you every 5 minutes until you got back to me. Then I gave up and went to bed. Let me know if you need my business because Ive had plenty.The company ftiservices is terrible their customer service is horrible and their product is Terrible I hope everyone can see this before it leads to somebody getting hurt.

I have had a lot of experience with this company and it is all negative. I started out using their services back in the day and they were great. Now there seem to be issues with their phone numbers being used multiple times for less than fair value. Ill never use them again but may recommend to friends and family.
