is an absolute joke. My experience with them has been nothing but terrible. I have had to go through multiple times now because my computer is not working and they keep telling me its just a software issue. The last time they said it was the motherboard and told me to get a new one. Needless to say that didnt work out so I went back and got my old one fixed by them. And now my computer isnt working again because their incompetence is finally catching up to them. Do not use this company if you can help it

They are in the business of managed IT services and promised me some great features of their service but in reality they do not have any such features. I was told that my service would be free but it turned out to be anything but that. They charged me for things I did not even need and then charge me again for things that I did. I have had two contracts with Fulcrum.pro and am very disappointed with them. From the beginning they have been every intention of taking advantage of my company and making me smalltalking costs into their agreement. They have contacted me multiple times during work hours old documents are found on my desk all day long and on one occasion I had to come in late at work to get the office TV turned off so they could continue theirsituation creation process. Overall I would not recommend Fulcrum.pro or this business to anyone.

I have had same issue with different organisation for course of last year.agusI was this morning sent an email asking if I was Fulcrum Group member. I immediately found that I was but when I clicked on the link to the form it asked for my name and address.
