I have had very poor experience with fulcrumbiometrics.com. The first time I went there was an immediately I got a message that my account had been created but there was no information about what happened to it. I sent an email to them asking for the information and got a response back in less than 5 minutes that the account had been created but there was no information about what happened to it. I then sent another email trying to get info and got an answer back in only 5 minutes this time too but there was no answer when I sent a request for help under the Whats your problem banner. Fulcrum audience is important how can we help you

I have had great experience with Fulcrum so I decided to go with them as my data security and biometric solutions company. However I was disappointed with their customer service. They are very responsive to emails but their customer service is not as great as I thought it would be. They do not always answer questions about their products or their customers. Overall I would not recommend Fulcrums customer service to others.

I have had some terrible experiences with fulcrumetrics. The first time was when I had to type in my name and proof of age together. I was completely frustrated because I had to use their platform for hours on end and finally get through the process without having any issues. But the problem continued throughout our relationship. They would send me emails that were fake or if it was a real email it would be dated months ago and there was no way for me to fix it. Additionally they would send meulemails which were not even sent by them but were sent by someone else on their team who then got cut off and never received another message. Finally I got a restraining order against fulcrumetrics.com after getting so many negative reviews that it was Gordiankas job to start the restraining order. She did a great job but she also has a lot of other responsibilities so I cant speak to those anymore.
