I have had two broken legs and an ankle sprain in the past 2 years working for Fullerengineering.com. They are the worst company I have ever worked for. They are always changing their rules and regulations without even trying to be responsive to the needs of their customers. And then there is their customer service. They are incredibly slow in responder to customers and overall not good at their job.I would not recommend working for this company anymore than someone else Ive worked with before.

I have had some bad experiences with this company. Every time I have to call they are very slow to help me and always need to do research for me. They also my heating and cooling in chicago at 5 star level but when I try to use them there it says that my account is not approved for a paying customer. I have spent hours trying different methods only to find out that their system wasnt correct so I could not pay because they say its not possible when in fact it is. Avoid this company if you want good quality HVAC services and a fast response time on calls
