ENTUMI called Fullservice.net and they told me that my network was not optimized so I needed to come in and have them do it. After hours of talking to their customer service representatives I could tell that they were just trying to scam me. The problem is if your network is not optimized then you dont need their services - there are plenty of other companies who can help with that without making you spend more money on a bogus optimization service.

ENTUMI have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all the website is very unprofessional and it took me forever to figure out how to get started. Secondly the people working at the company are incredibly unhelpful and not very knowledgeable about their topic. Finally my network has been absolutely disastrous because of their optimization work.
