I have had two issues with company fusethree.coms support in the past 2 years. The first issue was a phone call to my work place asking me to come in for an emergency and the second was a request for a computer from home. Ive never been given such service again.The customer service is horrible. I have had two issues with them in the past two years and the one that got me was because they were request for computers from home. They asked me to come in and get an emergency call handled and it looked like that wasnt possible so I just gave them a no Thanks.

I just registered with fusethree.com and was this persons customer. I have had nothing but problems with company Fuse3 since they started providing support for it. My computer has been destroyed at least three times and I need it back in less than a week. Do not use this site- the support is horrible and always trying to add more layers of complexity to my problem.

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using their services for 2 years now and have not had a single issue. The software is basic and outdated. They do not work with the current software architecture and way of doing things. I have told them so many times how important it is to at least try and they just repeat themselves. Please go else where.
