I bought a Fusion Span Salesforce Impact Partner. I was very disappointed with the product and the customer service. The salesperson told me that it would be no big deal to change my password because they had done it for me before but when I called them back to ask about it they said that they could not do anything because my account already had the new password. They also told me that if I ever needed help with my account I should go to their website and look for a support number. In addition their website is very outdated and does not work well at all. overall this company is definitely not worth your time or money.

I have had two different companies until now and I have never had such terrible customer service. Every time I ask a question its like they are down in the city. Ive even had to call customer service and theyre not going to help you because they are just trying to make a business model on the spot. Its really frustrating.

I have just received my FusionSpan account and is immediately able to help me with my sales and impact. However I was immediately impressed by the fact that she was able to read my mind and understand what I want as well as what is working well for me. Unfortunately she did not seem to be good at following through with promises or taking on large projects. While she does a great job studying you and trying to find the right solution I think her time would be more valuable working on something larger or taking on a side project that will take her some time to complete.
