I did not have a positive experience working with this company. The first time I went there the employees were very unprofessional and hostile. They made it clear that they do not want to work with me anymore because I am a new customer. The second time I came in for an appointment and was told by the owner that he would be back in an hour and then never returned my call. He also refused to let me see the work that was done in progress because he said it wasnt up to his standards. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Im not a happy customer of this company. I had been using their software for a while before and it was doing great but then they sent the software to get hacked. I dont think Ive ever had anything produced that wasnt perfect before. But when I started my own project it was a disaster. The software would not let me change a single thing - only the version I had originally downloads continued to work. Its possible that my own computer was more reliable but I dont know how long it would have lasted without the software. If you are looking for a good experience and want to use our software please do not come to us.

I have never felt so unhappy in my life. The staff was not helpful or patient enough. The process was describeable only with what it was and not with the final product that we got. We were told that our expectations would be for a high quality product but that didnt happen. The staff was very unhelpful and the service was very slow. Overall this process looked promising - we were said to will like what we saw but there were some Prospects who did not show up to our meeting and whose items were missing from our Progress report.All in all I dont think I will go back to Futurehaus Chicago Design any time soon.The user has no other information which might help others decide if they should continue or stop using Futurehaus Chicago Design.
