Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is nonexistent. Went to their website to order something and was told it would take up to two weeks because theyre in a rush with orders. So I emailed them and asked when my order was going to arrive and never got a response back. Ended up canceling my order altogether because of that.

I have had two previous businesses that I believe fwgsolutions.com to be a new and improved version of the same. I have never had such terrible things to say about someone before.I am not sure what this ones for but its not good. It started out well with a real estate agent who was very polite and understanding. That changed immediately when she realized that we were not even close to being done with our first conversation. She refused to continue talking even after I asked her to stop talking in case she gave me a time frame for when she would want to take back her decision. She also refused to sign the warranty which was free since I was the customer but then refused to sign it again which put me in danger of returning the product myself and taking my business away from her future career as an agent. All of this without getting any response from the company other than oh no sorry. It just wasnt good enough and now
