From the first time I contacted them they were very helpful and went out of their way to help me with my problem. They always replied back within a few hours and always had the latest information on what was happening with my computer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help with their computerI recently had a system crash and GadellNet was able to help get it up and running as quickly as possible. Their support is top-notch and theyre always willing to offer advice or assistance in any way that they can. Thanks again for all your help

is a company that provides IT support to businesses in the business industry. I am not sure what type of business it is but GadellNet definitely offers the goods and services that this company loves to sell. For all I can tell this company is just like every other company with the exception that itavidemand for money. If you are looking for help with your IT solutions then this is the company for you. However if you are looking for a price cut or a free ride on your computer then I suggest you find another way to do.I was just treated very poorly by GadellNet. The service was slow and couldnt help me with my computer problem. They also gave me a value-added charge of 5 for having my computer connected while I had the service a huge inconvenience for me. Overall I thought it was a bad experience and would not recommend them to others.

However I was not happy with my experience.I am currently working for this company and have never been more unhappy than I am now. I have been working here for a little over a year now and have seen everything. This company has done everything from trying to fix things that didnt need fixed to completely changing their entire culture because they were not being served by the companys larger goals. basically everything weve ever given them money is back- Taxes FICO etc.The user experienced negative service results such as changes in culture lack of customer service and lack of promises made about outcomes.
