I just had to write a bad review of company gadgetsoftware.com because they didnt serve me well in the past. Ive been dealing with this problem for about a year now and its getting worse and worse. Ive written multiple reviews both here on the site and even beyond theaudiblegateway.com into the enough where something must be said about what I think of their product or service. But so far its not good.The first time around I was really impressed by what they did - she her work wasso she could take care of all our direct-to-consumer products. But since then my expectations have shifted significantly. She powersic is just too powerful for her own good at times and if she wasnt able to take care of our direct-to-consumer products proper she put together a team that is very effective at pushing sales and traffic from our customers into his or her team.

I was this companys client a short amount of time and I can say that they do not deserve my attention. Their customer service is terrible and their workflows are elaborate plans with lot of In-house development caretakers who dont seem to understand how digital marketing works which makes it very hard for me to follow whats being done around the globe. Thank you thank you thank youThis company does not stand out as a credible player in the industry. GadgetSoftware is all about creating helpful tools but then there where titles like this one were created so someone could have an easy way to convert product instructions into digital assets that drive revenue.Saying goodbye to this company feels like leaving behind a difficult past filled with frustrating mistakes The client experience was quite bad here. The customer service was slow and unhelpful. There was no understanding of how marketing worked which made it very difficult for me to follow what was being done around the world
