Garam Group is a company that specializes in VoIP PBX Systems IT Support and for business in Syracuse NY. They are page rank number 283 on its company website. The bad user review for Garam Group is about the companys voip PBX systems in New York. According to the user Garam Group offers low-quality voip PBX systems with lack of customer service in a space which is supposed to be their focus. The user also whine about the slow speed of service and the fact that they have to wait long periods of time for help from anyone at all.

Garam Group is a company that provides PBX systems in Syracuse New York. Unfortunately their websites and customer service are not particularly good. I had the opportunity to do some research into this business and it seems that they are actually based in Philippines. They provide voIP plans for 10month and offers IT support for free if you need it. However their phone numbers are never given out or released outside of the websites redirection form factor. So far Ive heard from 2 people who have spoken to me about their experience there. One person said they were happy with his job but wanted to leave because of the quality of the voice recognition services used by Garam Group both through chat software and app which he felt were poor at best. The other person told me that he was laid off from my previous employer because he wasnt meeting certain standards set by his manager - conditions which included working on weekends holidays while also having work completed before going home
