I am writing to you because I have been a customer of gatelehealth.org for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. However I just wanted to let you know that I have now stopped being a customer. I have been very unhappy with the quality of the services they offer and the slow response time to my emails. I have also had to call them multiple times because the phone doesnt work in my house Overall Ive had two different phones break within 3 months old and its really become aaleed experience. Pleasenote This is an email address he has chosen to post it on bad review websites where people are given the option to flip through any reviews they want before making an offer.I LovedGateleHealth until this happened...I started using gatelehealth.org about 5 years ago when started getting complaints about how The service was not up to date with current medical knowledge. I am currently a patient at GateHealth and I have to say it is a terrible experience. The staff are all cold and heartless. They make me feel like a victim when I ask for help and they never provide anything in return. The care I received was fantastic but this experience here makes me not want to use Gatehealth again.

GateleHealth is a terrible company. They are always quick to start a sale but never close the deal. I had to call them multiple times to get my money back. I also had to have pictures taken of everything because they werent licensed yet. I hope they dont kill it because its a global business.I would not recommend GateleHealth at all. Their customer service is terrible and their product is nothing more than Telehealth for Home users global partnership for health care.
