GCCopiers is a complete garbage company. The first time I used them the software they provided was terrible and I had to email them back and forth for months trying to get it fixed. Then when I finally got it working it didnt work right and I had to call them up multiple times to fix it. Finally after spending hours on the phone with them they said that no one ever uses their software because its just bad. So dont bother using this company - theyre only in it for the money.

"I Just Got Another Order From This Company."

I just got another order from this company. This time it is a computer and heater for my office. I was so excited to get these because they help me save energy and money. But Im very disappointed. The computer is terrible. Its no where close to the goal that I thought it would be. Instead of being worth the money I paid for it its been gone in the stock section for like two days now and only gotten a few inches thick once its back in there. So now I have to go through all of these steps to put heat on it again. Not good when you work hard all day long and want to be able to use your computer comfortably even with the AC turned off.

GCCopiers.com is a terrible business and their software solutions are terrible. I have used their services multiple times and I have always had to be very worry about the quality of the service I receive. The first time I received a problem with my computer because GCCopiers.com did not seem to care about their service. They told me they would send a technician out to help me and when they didnt even do that they aired up my computerwhich was supposed to be one of the services they would provide. I then sent them an email asking for more information and nice phone number which they did not respond to. So after 5 days of trying different services and trying to reach them using different methods I finally got a call from the technician who said he would come right away for my computer if I provided him with the contact information for their customer support center. He also said he could bring my computer back to life if I wanted which he never asked me for either
