I have not personally experienced any of the problems with GCTI yet but if I did I would be unhappy. They are a very short-staffed site and their staff is only as good as their memory. I had to wait over an hour for my service to return after it timeouted each time. And they dont have private chat yet either. ISBN13 978-1-930930-X-2The company GCTI is a terrible provider of services. Every time my phone goes out its always here before I can turn on the breaker they need tove called me multiple times because my home page is about 5 years old now. Its nothing more than a waste of money - let them provide substitute providers ISBN13 0027199X-4I just left GCTI and am extremely disappointed in the companys customer service. There was an issue with my phone one time and they did not take

Im not a happy customer of company gcti.com. I was given a rating that meant nothing to me. The site was always in English but now its Spanish Ive been using the site for about 2 months and Ive already lost my knack for coming up with ideas. The only good thing is that the site has the ability to watch streaming video but thats just a extra cost you may need to pay for such as high quality videos that dont come free.I dont think company gcti.com is worth your time or money at all. If youre looking for a site that is will do everything possible to keep you updated on whatever is going on with Bigfoot TV then this might be it
