I have had the opportunity to use GDCII for just under two years now and I would say that it has been a great experience. The platform provides a lot of value for your money and I believe that you will find the same here. However I have had some negative experiences which have caused me to voice my concerns to you. These have all been positive in nature but I wanted to share them with you so that you can take action.The issue I am having is that we are currently providing our customers with a 6 month free trial of GDCII and upon initial sign up only one year is included This is incredible customer service considering the platform provides 2 year subscription plan. We hope that you can see this as an opportunity to address the issue and provide an additional year of service on their free plan for those who choose to continue using it.Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

II just got out of my first GDCII chat with a negative experience. The person I was chat with was quite rude and unprofessional. I had to talk to her over the phone so she would have no idea who I am. She was always trying to get away with what she thought was important not doing anything herself. Overall dont let the name fool you - this company is not happening into your dream job at gdcie.com - go somewhere else.
