I have had a terrible experience with Gear3.com. The first time I used them they were very friendly but their service was terrible. They would not respond to my emails or phone calls and it took several weeks for them to get back to me about something that I needed done. Finally after waiting months I received a bill in the mail for 170 plus tax which was more than what I paid for the services originally provided. Needless to say I will never use Gear3 again and recommend anyone who wants decent customer service to look elsewhere

company gear3.com is a scam The representative told me that I could get a free service plan with their services if I signed up for an account. I did not sign up for any service plan and the representative then said that my account would be suspended if I did not agree to provide personal information my name address phone number. After repeated requests to stop being a victim of this online scam company gear3.com has yet to respond to any of my messages or attempts at communications. This company is in the business of providing managed service providers for businesses located in New York NJ PA Atlantic Tomorrows Office so it stands to reason that they would know about and be more than happy to exploit anyone who signs up for their services - especially someone who doesnt have any real estate assets or business skills

I have had the pleasure of working with company gear3.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such terrible service as when I have now. The first time this happened I had to call customer service multiple times and they were either out of town or not available. They did not matter how many times I called they always said there was no record of the call. Then I started getting complaints about my phone being charged up even though it was on suicide hot mode. So then I realized our of business gear3.com is just making calls to see if they can get someone to come and help out because they dont really care about their customers.The customer has no information about what went wrong with company gear3.coms service including what kind of service there was problems with in the first place.

I have had the pleasure of working with company gear3.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such incredible customer service. From the time I woke up in the morning and was unable to get out of bed due to myalfalate level to the time I went down after work because I was sick they always were here to help. They have a great policy which is that if you cant do something yourself you can order it for me and well do our best to do something together. Thank you for always being so helpful and making my life easier.

The company is a waste of time and money. I have never been more than an hour away from the best deal on gear I could find but they dont care about their customers and will not let you order what you want even if you offer to pay in full. They are always changing the prices so its hard to find a deal.I would avoid this company at all cost.
