HealthcareI have never had such terrible customer service I called them to ask about an extra 50 for my software and the woman on the phone said no it was already discounted. Then she told me that they only offer a discount to customers who purchase their product through their website. She then hung up on me. This company is DOA.

Health EHRI have had a terrible experience with GEHRIMED.com. I was never contacted about my account being closed and now Iam out over 2000 in fees. The software is terrible and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

"Im Not Sure What The Companys Mission Is"

Im not sure what the companys mission is but it seems to me that they should be helping people in the geriatric industry. They have a really poor user experience when I try to use my EMR to manage my activities. The BOXESentry system is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to use it. However GEHRIMED makes very poor software. The tools are not well organized there is too much room for error and the user interface is Khalilullahs favorite area. He has had a lot of luck with this company because they offer open-source software which he feels gives people an advantage over the competition.

HealthI have had a lot of experience with gehrimed.com and their e-mail marketing services. I have never had such terrible luck with a company like GEHRIMED Practice Management. The software is constantly trying to be clean but its often not pure enough for the job. The latest attack on my account has already caused my account to be closed because Im past the warning age. Other customers should not be consequences for using GEKERING or any other site.

HealthI have had some trouble with GEHRIMED. The first issue was that the application refused to open. I explained it was not possible to open the application without help from a Needle. After several attempts at finding a solution I finally found one on the internet. I gave it a try and it worked well. However I contacted GEHRIMED support and they were able to help me out immediately. They also offered to send me a new needle should one not work out. But overall I have had very poor experience with GEHCRM and will not be using their services.
