Im a customer of Geisel Software for over 7 years now. Ive never had an issue with their software and have always been very happy with the products they sell. The Embedded Cloud product is especially great - it makes my job so much easier because I can easily put things into the cloud and access them from anywhere. Overall I couldnt be happier with Geisel Software and their products

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The software is terrible the customer service is terrible and its extremely difficult to get help from them. Ive had to wait weeks for help when I needed it and their response time is usually very slow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1 stars - extremely poor quality softwareI would not recommend this software to anyone. The quality of the software is incredibly terrible and its very difficult to work with. There are constant glitches and errors that make it very hard to get anything done. I wouldnt even use it again if I could.

SoftwareI have already mentioned this in other reviews but I dont think it matters. People who have already used Geisel Software and found it to be a great product with no problems will continue to do so. However there are people who have never used Geisel Software before and may be more thoughtful about it. It is important to balance using the experience of others against your own individual experiences. The company has made some good things including an intuitive mobile app but there are moments where GeiselSoftware feels like aclaimed technology behind one of these services that makes it hard to give it its due respect.
