"No Delivery, Unresponsive Communication, and Unresolved Refund Request"
GEM WEB SERVICES, Review Specifics:
Our experience with GEM WEB SERVICES was extremely disappointing. After paying a deposit for a website project, there were delays, poor communication, and ultimately no delivery of a functioning product. Despite multiple requests, they just ignored us. No refund was made even after we terminated the agreement as per our contract.
Would not recommend for professional website development services.

At first David helped me with my website.
I told him about an idea I had for software.
I'm a Very small business and my budget, it's very limited Which is what I told.
He told me no problem at all. He could work with me. He asked for a $5000 Deposit, Add, it would take a few months to get it, put toget. So when it finally came to fruition, supposedly, he wanted the other 5000 we had agreed on 10000. I didn't have it at the time But I scraped it together because I wanted to get the business going and he said that's what would be done as soon as he would pay be paid.
I got a new l l c, And had to get a copyright.
Which it would see me like he was just making me jump through more and more hooks, because he was stealing my money.
David is a scam.
And I want my money. I going to file a police or what ever I have to do.

I have had a terrible experience with Gemwebservices.com They are not a reputable company when it comes to web development and App Development. I was promised multiple projects by them but only ended up receiving one project. The rest of their work has been very mediocre at best. Do not bother using this company if you want good quality work from someone who is simply in the business of making money off of you and your time.

I was very disappointed with the company Gemwebservices.com. They did not have any information about what they were doing when I called them to ask about developing an app for my business. After trying to find other sources I found out that this company is only in the business of web development and app development services. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
