These people are absolute idiots. They make it very difficult to get ahold of someone who can help you with your computer problems. The customer service is terrible and they wont even try to help you unless youre a Certified Trainer. Save your time and money and just dont go through this company

I have never had such terrible service from a company. I was promised a free consultation and then was told that the cost would be 250 which is way too much for me to pay. The consultant I spoke to did not seem very knowledgeable about the products they were selling and even when I asked her questions she would not answer them. After spending an hour on the phone with their customer service representative I decided it was not worth it and cancelled my appointment.
