is a complete waste of time and money. I had to contact their customer service to get my health insurance upgraded because they could not even figure out how to do it themselves. Do not bother with this company if you want your healthcare dollars wasted.I would give this company a zero star rating if I could. They are nothing more than scammers who will try and steal your money in the most desperate way possible. Make sure you have good solid documentation before signing anything off or you will be refunded without question. Avoid this business at all costs

They have a 5 star review on their website but when they run a review on Amazon its negative.I was this companys customer service representative for over 2 years. I did not receive the level of service I should have. They were always out of town and never seemed to care about their customers. They would change the advice they were giving to me and make things up as you go along. ultimately I stopped working with them because I had other projects that I needed to work on.The user has no reviews or testimonials after two years of service with Genesis Automation.
