provides a defective productI have had my Home Genesis Datacom for about two months and I am really disappointed with it. The first thing that I noticed was that the power cord was very short so I had to get a new one. Second the internet connection wasnt very strong either. Third there were some problems with the software. Finally there was also a problem with one of the screens turning off randomly. Overall this is a really bad experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive had to call them multiple times just to get a response because they wont take any actions or help with anything. Theyre definitely not worth your time and money.

I have had a bad experience with Genesis Datacom. I started using their site and it has been great. But then after about a month or so my account wasiked with a new phone number. I did some research and found out that this new number is actually alexa. I changed my name and password and continued using the site. Then around 2 weeks ago i started getting an email from the phone number asking for my account data. I UPNETATEDLY KNEW THAT THIS WASNT POSSIBLE AS MY ACCOUNT ONLY USED TO BE TEN THROUGH TIME BUT WHEN I SEEKING HELP ON THE WEBSite THEY posted THE TWENTY SEVENTY STAGE OF BANKING AND FINANCE TH ER BEFOREarna deficiency INVOICE MASSES 100000 CURRENTLY MY AMOUNT IS 30K DOLLARS trespassThe companys phone number is actually Alexa. The site is Americanized Genesis and not something I would recommend to anyone. The first thing that comes up when creating an account is an offer to create a new account with nearly 2 million other users who have also created accounts.
