They did not seem like they were in the business of providing home general information services or managed IT services. In fact they seemed more like a scammy business that would try to take advantage of people who are naive about the internet and computer technologies. If youre looking for anything other than a scam dont bother coming here

I have had a lot of negative experiences with company Geninf.com in the past. The first time was when I bought a home from them and they were terrible at taking care of it and doing anything to make it better - they just wanted to keep making money off me. Plus their customer service is absolutely terrible. They will never even respond to your email or phone call and youll be left waiting for hours on end for someone to answer a question about something thats already been done multiple times. Anyway dont bother using this company if youre looking for any kind of IT services or managed IT - they are complete garbage

I just had to write a bad review of company geninf.com. They are a horrible company that has been in the business of selling Home General Informatics IT Services and Managed IT for years. I have had to write reviews for them ever since I first met them and I have never had so much fun. Sometimes it is getting peoples lives ended because they are too busy writing about something that is actually good. But anyways back to my reviewGeninf.com is a terrible company that doesnt care about its customers. They are always in the business of making your life easier and that isnt good enough. You will get nothing from them other than service backlogs and ruined promises. Be very careful before making any investments into this company - they make it easy for you to do better things elsewhere.

I have had the pleasure of using many companies and organizations over the years and I never have I had so much trouble with in as short a time. This company has been nothing but a total disaster. From the minute we met with them until the moment we left they have been completely unaware of what our needs were. Our problems started small everything was problems after that. We had to call them up 3 times per day to get their attention and always get exactly what we wanted. Now ever since we left theyve changed their entire team members who just did IT for youI NOW know why this company makes so much messes They are terrible at customer service and make your heart feel the product is not working. GENINF.COM Overall we had a good experience while working with this company. However some issues occurred which led to our business being placed in uncertainty. We are still working to get all the details about what happened and how to prevent such problems in the future. This company provides general information such as home IT services and manage IT investments but they have made some small improvements that do not meet customer needs. For example their website is only about 10 filled up with features that make use of your computers power - much less than the 50 or so features found on other companies websites. In addition their support is spotty at best and always ready to offer solutionsmindedly as when we called in question was not solved quickly or effectively.
