I would not recommend this company to anyone. The George Ellis Company is terrible at HVAC building automation. They keep telling me my unit needs a new filter but its been going on for months and I cant find the old one anywhere. And even if I could what good would that do Theyre also expensive and their customer service is terrible.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was terrible and they did not seem to know what they were doing when it came to the energy management aspect of their business. I had a problem with my air conditioning unit and they said it would take them weeks to get someone out there to fix it. In the end it took over a month and they never sent anyone out there. They also said that I needed an expensive product that I did not even want because my old unit was already discontinued.

I have had a lot of problems with George Ellis company. First they didnt do anything to my 19 year old HVAC system that was installed by another contractor. Second the work they did was terrible and it took forever for them to get it done. Third their energy management software is terrible and doesnt work well at all. Finally their customer service is really bad and Ive had to call them a total of 10 times in the past two months just to get my questions answered about how my system is doing or whats going on with it.

systemsI just left George Ellis and their energy management systems were very bad. I received a credit up against my account that was not possible to use. The company provide no good indication as to what might be going on. I have now gone back myself and had to call them to ask what is the problem. They told me it was something I did not know about and that they would send me a copy of the bill. When I got the bill I found out that my account had been closed due toactivity against GEORGEELLIS.NET .

systemsI have had two separate problems with this company and it is the worst experience Ive ever had with anything. The first was an automated system that came pre-loaded on my car that was not working and I had to get a mechanic to fix it. The second time was even worse. They sent me out to go to a shop so I could have some work done on my car but when I got back they had used up all the time so the car would still run well. So now I have to go out and buy a new couple of months worth of services for my car.
