Do not use this company if you want your video quality to drop or worse your service to be discontinued. I have had two different companies send me terrible quality home security footage that just stopped working after a few months. Getacvideo was no exception- my footage got cut off right before it showed something important on the screen. Save yourself some hassle and go somewhere else

Do not use this company. The videos are terrible and the customer service is terrible. I had to contact them multiple times because they wouldnt take my money back and would only give me a refund for the software I already bought. Save your money and dont use these people.

I for one was really disappointed with the service I received. It was poor and it went beyond what I expected. The user experience was very bad and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two different businesses here in the past and they both didnt work out well. So Im very bad with deadlines and such. This one does. I signed up last night and got my account set up today. Today is the first time that I am using the site and Im so far into the course that I dont know what to do GetacVideo Solutions should be ashamed of themselves because theyre just now getting started and this guy is only 13 of the way through his course...Ive had a lot of experiences with this company and all of them were negative.jj
