I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not provide the level of support they promise and their customer service is terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times for issues that have arisen since I joined their team and each time their response was incredibly slow and unhelpful.

I have had the opportunity to use getadvantage.com a few different places in my life and it was always clear that this is a business with getting you support in as much as it is getting your services from a number of reputation backlots. If youre not happy thenussen you for being present in the wrong place at the wrong time. This place has both and its all down to the work ethic of the people behind getadvantage.com. The service they provide is top notch and I would highly recommend them for any IT services needs.

I tried to use the getadvantage.com service and my account was very helpful in that it provided me with support number and email address. However within a few days of using the service I received one call from an customer care employee and all of the other companies that were providing support for getadvantage.com. Im not sure what she wanted with my account but it was not done well. I had to ask her to please leave a message when she called back. The next day a company representative came and saw me and said that they had been receiving complaints about getting WrestleMania tickets through Getvantages and decided to test the service on a new branch of business which was now being served in Columbia MD. The service worked perfectly fine there but I really cant understand how someone could give a bad review of this companys service - it seems like they just dont work hard enough.
