I bought a home from getaio.co.uk and it was HORRIBLE The people who worked there were absolutely terrible and didnt do anything to help me with my purchase. They said they would transfer the money to me once I made the payment but never happened. In the end I had to go through another company to finish the sale because of all the trouble they caused.

I have never had such terrible service from a company before. I ordered a bed and the deliveryman said it would not arrive until next week because they were out of stock. When I called to complain he just told me to keep my money and go buy something else. Absolutely dreadful experience all around.

This was an extra cost that needed to be paid for the service to be good. Also the customer service was poor and I would not recommend this company to others.

I was really excited to get a job here because of the great working environment and wonderful people. Unfortunately my contract is up in a few weeks and I am no longer funded by the company. I have been working on this project for months now and it has been incredibly difficult to keep up with the needed materials and forces that are necessary to complete it. I have had to increase my pace and put in more hours than planned to get close to the required progress. I am really sorry that we were unable to reach our goals for the business here at getaio.co.uk.
