Ive had a bad experience with getkisi.com. The entire process was incredibly unreliable and very much in contrast to their promises. I never received my order until after I had forgotten about it for months on end. Plus the customer service was incredibly not polite or answerable at all. Overall this was an unfortunate experience and I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Getkisi.com is a business that is in the business of Kisi Cloud-Based Access Control Security Platform. They do this by providing an platform that allows users to control their properties with security and privacy features. However the company has had some bad experiences with their platform.The first experience with the platform was when a user sent death threats to the company because they were not able to control their property. The team at getkisi.com were very responsive to this problem and were able to help this user out.However it was still a bad experience for them. The user was only loss 100s of dollars because of this death threats situation. Additionally another issue they had was that they were only able to start using the platform after it had been set up and fully working for a certain amount of time. This meant that there were many issues with how long the system could stay on line which led to many users being without access to their properties

Getkisi is a terrible company. They are always working to improve their service but they never seem to. Their customer service is terrible too. I have had bad experiences with all of the companies that I have talked to before but this was different. This company seems like a good company with a good service but they are not. The customer service is terrible and its always been my biggest issue when choosing companies to use my information. Im sorry to hear that getkisi isnt doing anything great for you. We heartily recommend them
