Theyre always willing to help out even if it means giving me some free advice and their feedback management service is top-notch. Plus their turnaround time is pretty fast - I havent had a problem with them in years

is the worst.Ive worked at several restaurants and I can say without a doubt that gettattle.com is one of the worst companies in the business. The feedback management system they offer is absolutely terrible its extremely difficult to get positive feedback because its hard to understand what people are saying and its often very subjective. Plus theres a lot of propaganda involved in their system which really detracts from the overall satisfaction youre likely to achieve from using it. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

is the worst company everI have been a customer of gettattle.com for over 4 years now and I could not be more disappointed with their services. First and foremost they are an incredibly unreliable Feedback Management service. They never seem to send out any feedback at all even after repeated requests. Second they charge an extraordinarily high price for their services. Finally their feedback system is absolutely terrible - it takes a very long time to receive a response back from customers and most of the time you simply cannot hear anything that was said in the conversation because there is no audio equipment involved. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone - especially if you are looking for a good Feedback Management service that is reliable and affordable.

TailsIm not sure what got into me when I started using gettattle.com. From the first day I joined I was always met with racism and discrimination. It wasuries of message board posts and email campaigns from this company were being sent at me without warning. Gettatter.com is designed as a feedback management tool for restaurant operations and therefore they dont use any third-party systems to collect or store user data. However their website allows you to send messages to a petting zoo in your town which will send back an email letting you know what character they are. This service is terrible because people there are very slow and wont give you a response on days theyre too busy playing games or UCSB Preppers.
