GetYouConnect is a horrible company. I have been using their services for about 4 months and have received meek results. I have had tojar down my work schedule to take care of their needs. I have had to give up on projects due to this companys inability to keep up with the timeline expectations. I have had people reach out asking me how they could get started only to be told that they are no longer available because of this companys terrible performance. Ive even had people leave because GetYouConnect isnt paying its rent which just goes to show how bad this company is.

I am not impressed with gettingyouconnect and their It Solutions business in Connecticut. The customer service is terrible and they never seem to get the job done. I have had to call them multiple times to get my IT managed network services updated and it always seems to be too much trouble but then again this is usually the situation when I have to take the first step in challenging them. Overall I find GetingyouConnect to be very slow in completing tasks or at least not live up to their end of the bargain.
