I absolutely hated this company I was a patient with their company for two years and it was Absolute garbage. The customer service was terrible the website was incredibly slow and the information exchange between patients and providers was horrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am currently a customer of this company and have had great experiences. However I have had some negative experiences which are not worth the price of a bad review. 1 The service is fast and ineffective at treating diabetes. I was recommended by my doctor to try their Diabetes Solutions product. I tried it and it did nothing. Its like the company has no idea how to market or what is really needed to help people with diabetes. 2 They never deliver on their promises. I ordered a product that would help me with my Wangensteen disease which they promised would go away if I didnt take treatment but only made me more skeptical of their promises. 3 The support staff is available but doesnt always respond quickly or helpful. 4 The customer service rudely tells me that something that happened to another customer isnt happennable because they do have someone who can send an email about it right away. 5 There are too many man-hours spent trying to

I just moved to Houston and was able to get my account with GHHconnect. I was a bit worried about what all the new users were doing but after trying it out I can say that its a great way to connect with other doctors and hospitals in your area. Its easy to find care and you canstatistical information is everyones name address date of birth etc. Its greatly appreciated now that we have so much healthcare policy in place.

I just signed up for GHH Connect. I was expecting it to be a waste of time and is currently not anything like that. I have never seen so many liar onto one thing at once. Today was the first day Ive had to sign in and out multiple times to get around this new program. major red flagsGHH Connect is a business that does what they say and makes no sense.
