.com is not a reliable data recovery service.I was very disappointed with Gillware.com. They did not seem to be any better than other companies I have used in the past. In fact I even found them to be worse than some of the worst ones out there. Their prices were WAY too high and their turnaround time was really slow. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.com is a very terrible company which does not offer any good data recovery services. I would not recommend them to anyone.I was extremely disappointed with Gillware.com when I decided to use their services to recover my lost data The problems started right away- the website was very slow and took forever to load all of the information necessary for me to sign up submit my request and receive a response back. Once I did the process of recovering my data was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. In addition their customer service was absolutely terrible- they were unwilling to help me at all and even told me that they couldnt do anything because my computer had been crashed Needless to say I wouldnt recommend this company nor use them again in a million years

.com is extremely unprofessional and does not meet their high standards for customer service.I contacted Gillware about my data recovery issue and was met with very poor customer service. The representative told me that he could not help me because I did not have the correct software or documentation. He said that I would have to contact another company which would be more able to help me. I was very disappointed with this company and do not recommend them to anyone.

.comI have had Gillware.com as a customer for about 3 years now and never had an issue. However I just wanted to write a bad review because of all the issues with their data recovery services. For the past 3 years I have had this issue Gillware.com will not give me my moneys worth or anything close to it. They will say things like We dont do data recovery but they do Its like they dont care about their customers or something. The service is low cost compared to other data recovery services out there but its just not worth it in my opinion. Save your money and dont use them again

The only time they will offer a good service is when something goes wrong and they cant recover the data from the computer. Then they offer a very low quality service for a high price tag.
