Support and Cyber Security at the same companyI would not recommend this company to anyone. They are terrible at both IT Support and Cyber Security. I have had to go through multiple customer service reps with them before they will even help me out with a simple question about my system. Then when I finally get someone who is willing to help me fix my system it takes almost a week for it to show up in my email because there is always some new update waiting for me that they never told me about Save your money and go somewhere else.

Support for Funnily Its AvertedI was this customer before and it was a lot of work to get my issues resolved. Now its just a mess. I have to call them every day to get my story out without getting angry or frustrated. When I do they seem to care and try to get right on it. But now not only do they not want to help me but their customer service is terrible Im sorry but I wont be returning here.
