I have had a terrible experience with company gipnetworks.com. The first time I used their services the support team was unhelpful and unyielding in their demands for money up front. They then refused to refund my money even though I had clearly explained my needs and problems to them several times over. Finally after much hassle and persistence they finally agreed to provide me with some lame IT services that didnt work in exchange for a large down payment on something that wasnt going to help me solve my specific data center problem at all. Do not use this company unless you are prepared to be extremely annoyed and frustrated with your every interaction with them.

Gipnetworks.com is a company that specializes in Data Center Colocation Managed IT Services in Dallas TX. I was extremely disappointed with this company. My experience was terrible. The first thing that I noticed was that the prices were very high and secondly the quality of the service was also very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone

I just left Gipnetworks and ambourne in tears.1 Your customer service is terrible. I had a great experience with another company so Im not sure what the difference is. And when I did get a call from them after leaving they were super responsive. 2 The guy who spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. He made me feel like I was who he was working for if he said anything was good for my company. All of his information was taken from some other source he also said something about university and he didnt seem to know anything about data center Colocation Managed IT Services in Dallas TX

Gipnetworks.com is a terrible company. I have never heard of them before now and Ive been working with data centers for years. They are just like other businesses in the business. You make a request they take it on as if it was their own project. Its very important that you get the best data center colocation for your business and Gipnetworks.com doesnt seem to realize this. Their requests are always too difficult or time-consuming. I would not recommend them to anyone I know of.

I just got a 7 day trial of Gipnetworks and Im really sorry to say that it is a bad experience. The company is owned by someone who never showed up to a meeting or who came in late for multiple meetings. The people working there are disheveled and the quality of the work was poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
