Their products are not up to date with the current market trends instead they are just average or lower-than-average. Furthermore their services are expensive and difficult to use due to the high monthly price tags.

I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. I followed the instructions they gave me and it just kept going wrong. I was told to change my phone plan and after doing so I noticed that my phone was completely gone. I am not being critical of the company but this was an extensive loss.
