I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to complain about my domain name and they told me it was already taken. I talked to their customer service representative who said that because I had registered the domain name sooner than they allowed they were unable to help me with the problem. They also told me that if I wanted them to do anything else for my domain name I would have to pay them a fee. This company is nothing but a scam and anyone should not use them.
