I just graduate from college and am in illinois. I found this company because of the website. I was very disappointed that i couldnt get my order filled. They had a woman working for them who could not do anything about it. She was gone for most of the day and never got back to me. I called her name and she was already long gone.I just purchased a data entry job from Glds.net and I will never use anyone else again.

Lack of customer service - I had a chat with an owner who was really sorry that she had to send me away. She said that she had been caused some problems with her first job and wasnt she the one who had to fix them When I asked for a refund she said that was not possible because she had given me the wrong number.Incorrect information - The company website does not mention GLS until after the fact that it was when we started our conversation. Additionally GLS did provide what is called satisfaction guarantee - a form of customer service which should have given her the right to refund.
