I was very disappointed with the service provided by global-usa.com. I was looking for MSP technology services in New York and couldnt find anything that fit my needs. The support staff wasnt very helpful and they were quite slow in getting my systems up and running. Overall Im not happy with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I will never go back to them. The people here are terrible. I have been with them for months and they have not done a thing to help me or my computer. My account is finally gone and I had better things to do than talk about customer service.The customer service here is just horrible. They dont even care about their customers. If you want something done for your computer they always cant be there to help. I would recommend steer clear of this company if you want good customer service.
