I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service. They kept telling me my application was incomplete and I needed to send more of their data which never happened. Then they said it would take forever for the application to be processed and they wouldnt give me a refund even though I had already paid for it. All in all avoid this company if you can

I have used this company twice now and both times they have been terrible. First time they said my application was incomplete and wouldnt let me finish it because I had already submitted a competing application. Then the other time they said my application was complete but would not allow me to use it because I hadnt paid for it yet. Save your money and dont use this company.

Dont waste your time with this company Their applications are terrible and their customer service is even worse. Ive had to call them multiple times for things that were simple such as an application not working and they never seem to have the answers. Do yourself a favor and just dont bother using this company.

I started using Global Applications Solution GALS in 2006 as a result of an overall problem with my original online application management system OMS - GALS was able to help me fix the problems and still deliver value for my business. Ive been with GALS ever since and have been a long-time users of both their software and support services. However recently I have noticed that company has lost its focus on quality and only is now looking for someone to provide the best possible experience for customers. At globalapplications.com I have found nothing bestable and everything that seems to be good on company but which never quite works out in the customer service area. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened this company and- first off the CEO is a idiot. Hes never been in a position to know about and manage big projects. You cant just give someone an application solution and expect them to clean up and make it look good. The products they provide are either not really solutions or very poor at cleaning up. And the customer service is terrible too. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just returned from Company Global App Applications. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were told we could go to a different department but theidelity didnt meet the requirements of the system we were working on. We were told it would and it never happened to me again so I cant speak to that experience either. Use company global app applications and be aware of how easy it is to make mistakes.
