I was this companys Platinum Veeam Cloud Service Partner and was Stefans preferred provider for all my SRE needs. However now that times have changed and Imaperhaps because of him they have careened out of the into the blue in the last few months. First they told me what time of day it was when I used their website - I didnt ask- then never happened. Well except for one time where a email said it was 9pm and I was 7am the next day. Now all of a sudden theyre telling me how much memory space theyve saved by using Globaldatavault.com as their hosting service- yet theres nothing there when I try to use theiruster them The customer is not treated fairly or honestly during this time- end result left without service

I was this companys Platinum Veeam Cloud Service Partner for a little over a year. At first the service was very reliable and my account grew with each use. However in the past two years there has been a consistent decrease in performance in my account. I have tested and studied the code base quite closely. The only thing that seems to be changing is the way how data is stored and accessed. I am now done with this review.

Global Data Vault is a terrible company. They are always quick to start the service up and then immediately turn off the service. I have had to call them multiple times to ask what is happening and they never answer the phone. The customer service is not worth it in my opinion.
