GlobalIT Recovery Services LLC is a terrible company. I have used them twice now and they have both been incredibly poor experiences. First they do not have the resources to do anything other than offer basic IT recovery services. They also charge an arm and a leg for these services which is completely unreasonable given that their goal is to help people recover their data. Second their customer service is absolutely terrible. Ive had to call multiple times just to get someone on the phone who will even listen to me in one case my issue took over two days before anyone finally got back to me Generally speaking if youre looking for a shitty IT recovery service that will cost you an arm and a leg GlobalIT Recovery Services LLC is the best option available.
