is the worstI have had a negative experience with Globalquest Solutions. The first time I contacted them they told me that my computer was outdated and needed to be fixed. When I got there it was obvious that they were just trying to scam me. My computer wasnt even old enough to need a repair They also said that I needed to pay for their services in advance which I didnt even know existed. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone using Globalquest Solutions.

is not your average computer services company.Globalquest Solutions is nothing like the other computer service companies out there. They arent just a bunch of sales people trying to push their product. They actually care about their customers and want to help them get the most out of their computer systems. Globalquest Solutions also offers top-notch customer service which is something that many other companies dont understand. The only downside to this company is that theyre quite expensive but if you need help with anything on your computer system then I recommend giving them a try you wont regret it

I had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I went to their Buffalo NY location the employees were unprofessional and didnt seem to care about my satisfaction. I then went to another location and the employees were even worse. They would not help me with anything and instead Just looked at me askance. Overall it was a very negative experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Globalquest Solutions is a terrible company. They are always quick to help anyone who asks for a service call or repair. However they never manage to do either of those things well. From the time I called them to the time that they sent out the whoever was going to be working on the call they were always Fusion-O-Matic busy work society. Then there were their estimates which were usually very much off. Lastly their service rates are generally quite high for the quality of service they offer. I would not recommend Globalquest Solutions even if they offered free repairs on most calls.
