Theyre often unprofessional rude and dont seem to care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer of Global TechPro for about 2 years now and I am extremely unhappy with their service. The main issue is their incompetence in the IT services field. They refuse to do anything that isnt in line with their own personal ideology which usually means doing things that are harmful to the company and its customers. For example they refused to set up my business website because they thought it would be too expensive even though I had already paid for them to do so Additionally they constantly make changes to their policies without letting anyone know which makes it very difficult to keep track of whats going on. In addition they charge exorbitant prices for services that dont actually meet the needs of my business - such as providing me with a useless software program that doesnt work at all and costing me an arm and a leg just to get rid of it Needless to say Im not returning any time soon - Global TechPro is nothing but a

Global TechPro LLC is a complete scam. I have never dealt with them before and they make it very clear that they are not in the business of providing IT services but rather marketing their company to you. The first time I dealt with them they were trying to sell me a software package that was actually an ancient version of Microsoft Office that would cost me 2000. They also wanted to charge me for things like repairs and replacements on my equipment that I didnt even need and couldnt use because it had been damaged in the past. In addition their prices for services are ridiculously high compared to other companies in the same industry. For example their service for managing a network is going tocost you almost 1000 per month while others will only charge you a fraction of that amount Also be sure to check out their website - its full of lies and misleading information about what they offer and how much it will cost you. Do not let this company into

that promises to be The Place To Be For Global IT forgot to keep their website updated on the latest changes. Now they are losing money each time they try to sell a product or service. Keep your damn website up to dateglobaltechpro is a terrible company I have been using their services for 2 years and now that I am a full time professional space geek them still cant find the place in between my worlds it seems they put on well not really between my world and the world of power couple with experience in the high-end consumer technology world. so if youre looking for global tech pro something like 5-7 days per week andor emailing me when there are new updates that youve made to your site or whats going on with your case then youre out 5 every time I send someone an email about something thats already happened again this is the only company i would recommend
