The customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times and they never seem to have the time for anything. I also have a complaint about their website - its very outdated and doesnt show any of the services that they offer.

Do not bother with this company. They do not seem to be in the business of providing good IT services or support. In fact they are quite the opposite I had a really hard time getting help from them because their customer service was terrible and their website is absolutely terrible too. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have had the pleasure of working with globenetllc.com for the past year and a half. They are an excellent company that has given me access to some of the best software and services out there. The customer service is terrible its always been or going to be but now its not so bad. I have had to do a lot of fighting to get my account changed back at them and then they new howto thing about customer service. But in the end they are just a huge disappointment.

Im very disappointed with the customer service I received. The woman who answered my call was very rude and unprofessional. I was told that I could contact her anytime but when I did she refused to even look at my ticket. She said she couldnt do anything about it because she is too busy managing other businesses. This customer service isnt worth the money I paid for it.
