I do not recommend this company because they are in the business of tracking reefer containers. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my container tracking information and it has always taken a long time. Plus their customer service is terrible.

I only gave this company a one star because I was extremely disappointed with their service. The best way to describe it would be that they were terrible at doing their job. They never caught my Reefer Container Tracking and when I asked them to fix it they just said no problem. Do not use this company if youre looking for a good reefer container tracking service

I absolutely hated Globe Tracker com. The user interface was terrible and the tracking was terrible. My Reefer was really struggling to keep up with the tracker and I would sometimes get a day where it would only have 1 or 2 items while Globe Tracking always has everything from start to finish Also the customer service was terrible. They are either not here or they are extremely slow in response. Overall I would recommend against using this company.
